How to create your location

The below instructions will walk you through how to create and set up your location/s. We will also detail what you need to check to ensure you have filled out everything properly and are putting your best foot forward. Plus next steps to help you promote your venue so you get more bookings.

Summary

Log in to your account, navigate to the Settings Icon on the right hand side, click the Locations options, and Add Location button.

Venue & address

Log in to your account, navigate to the Settings Icon on the right hand side, click the Locations options, and Add Location button.

We will break down each section here.

Business name and contact details are self explanatory. Confirmation emails are sent to both general and site contact. (if same only one email is sent).

Address of your venue on the left will try find your address on Google Maps. If the marker is wrong, you can then manually update the longitude and latitude to correct.

Timezone is a must, make sure you select your time zone for your venue as this will effect bookings.

Directions & parking content is specifically for the customer, so be as descriptive as possible.

Hours of operation gives you four (4) different hours time bands.
Instant Bookings will dictate if booking requests are Instant or Accept / Decline.
*Instant will ONLY work if you use the calendar Icon next to each space to select what calendars each space connects with.

Type of business allows users to filter venues which can generate more enquiries.

Amenities & services

Amenities come in two flavors, the free and the paid options that customers receive or can request with every meeting, training room or work space booking.

The user sees the free and paid services during the booking process. Users love free-bees.

You can select how much you charge and for each service such as per person or per hour etc.

Building options are all the great features that your building, not necessarily your floor/office, offers such as on site cafe, rock climbing wall etc.

Always click Save button when your done to save your changes.
